1. Training Phase:
- You are required to successfully complete the training phase to be eligible for an official appointment at Carlton Tech.
2. Offer Letter:
- Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive an offer letter from Carlton Tech, outlining your official employment terms and conditions.
3. Document Submission:
- All candidates must ensure the timely update of their documents in the company portal or email (career@carltontech.org) or direct submission to our regional office. This step is essential for the onboarding process.
4. Application Submission:
- Prior to the commencement of the training, you must submit “Terms of Use” application. This application is required for confirmation that you agree with the terms and condition for training process.
5. Email Confirmation:
- After submitting your application, you will receive an email confirmation with detailed instructions regarding the training process.
6. Training Performance:
- Your compensation package will be determined based on your performance during the training period. This assessment is a crucial factor in shaping your employment terms.
7. Sales Target:
- During the 5 days of training, candidates must achieve minimum of 5 successful sales. Failure to meet this minimum sales requirement may result in disqualification.
8. Disqualification:
- Candidates who fail to generate the minimum required sales during the training will be disqualified from further consideration for employment with Carlton Tech.
General Conditions:
- Any falsification or misrepresentation of information during the application and onboarding process may result in disqualification or termination of employment.
- All candidates are expected to adhere to company policies and codes of conduct during the training phase and throughout their employment with Carlton Tech.
- Carlton Tech reserves the right to modify or terminate the training and onboarding process at its discretion.
- Candidates are encouraged to seek clarification or assistance from the HR department regarding any queries or concerns related to the training and onboarding process.
By participating in the training program and subsequently accepting the offer of employment from Carlton Tech, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
